How to: Search

*NOTE:  All search terms are case sensitive - TITLE: won't work, but title: will


To do a search, use the search bar on top:



THE BASICS OF SEARCHING IN SUREDONE


To search by a SKU, you can type the SKU in the search bar and press enter.


For each search you need a colon (:) in between the search query and search term

Example:  title:remote


You can use several search separators. These include the following:

If your search term has more than one word, such as remote control, you must add quotes around the search term.

Example:  title:”remote control”


You can search by any field, such as title, brand, condition, size, etc.

You can also do an export of your inventory and use any of the headers, example below:

Total Stock searches the combination of all stock fields. This search displays items that have a total stock (quantity) of more than 10

All items that are active, not drafted/disabled.

sku_type:=parent

Used for Variations, this will display only the parent items.

sku_type:=children

Used for Variations, this will display only the child items. If you only have single items that are not variations, this will display nothing.

The space in between the search terms tells the system to add AND in between the terms



TO SEARCH THROUGH ORDERS


The most important part when searching through orders is to make sure you select Orders from the drop down menu.

The b before a search query represents the billing info, such as bcity, bzip, bphone

The s before a search query represents the shipping info, such as scountry, scity, sstate

TO EXPORT SEARCH RESULTS


You can export the search results into a *.csv spreadsheet for easy access to make changes in bulk. All you have to do is press the Export button after doing a search and it will bring you to the export page.



Now, you can refresh the page and press the download button to download the spreadsheet. Depending on the size of the file, it may take up to 3-4 minutes to show up.
