This feature on SureDone allows you to set eBay’s Extended Holiday Return Policy. This policy can allow Sellers to offer longer than normal return windows during certain periods of time. For example, Sellers who offered the policy for items sold between November 1 and December 31, 2014 were expected to accept returns through January 31, 2015. Please note: if you use the invitation only feature of eBay called Business Policies, you may set the Return Policy in eBay to the Holiday Return Policy. If you don’t have access to policies on eBay, please follow the steps in this guide.“How to: Setup eBay Policies in SureDone”
You may turn the Holiday Return Policy on as a default for a channel instance, or at the individual item level.
To set it as a default for all items, click on Settings > Channels, and then expand the eBay Options section. Scroll down until you see the Extended Holiday Returns toggle and set it to ON.
To set a value for Extended Holiday Returns for individual items: edit an existing item or click on Products > New Product to create a new listing. Once in an item go to the eBay Main subsection in the Shipping section and the “Extended Holiday Return” toggle will be there. If the "Extended Holiday Return" toggle isn't visible, make sure Return Profile is set to "Don't Use Profile", and then "Extended Holiday Return" should be displayed.
