How to: Mark Orders as Shipped in Bulk

1. Login to your SureDone Account

2. Click on Orders

Bulk

3. Click on Awaiting

4. In the “Search Bar” on top the page enter the following search query: shiptracking:= 

Then in the “Search Bar” dropdown select “Orders”

Note: All search terms are case sensitive - TITLE: won't work, but title: will

5. Click Search

6. Click Export

Note: If you are trying to export a large file, it may take some time to process, in that case it won't appear until the system is done. You'll receive an email when the export is ready.

7. Click Download to get the .csv (spreadsheet)

8. Open the spreadsheet in excel or another spreadsheet application.

9. Delete all columns headers except for order, shiptracking, and shipdate

10. In the shiptracking column type the word SHIPPED in caps into the cell(s)

Note: To enter the same text into multiple Excel cells at once do the following:

a. Highlight all the cells that you want to have the same text
b. Type the text you want
c. When done instead of pressing Enter press Ctrl+Enter

11. In the shipdate column delete all data by highlighting all the cells and pressing delete

12. Now in the empty shipdate column type the word NOW in caps into the cell(s)

Note: To enter the same text into multiple Excel cells at once do the following:

a. Highlight all the cells that you want to have the same text
b. Type the text you want
c. When done instead of pressing Enter press Ctrl+Enter

13. Save the file as CSV (Comma delimited) the File name can be anything you want

Note: File has to be saved as a CSV (Comma delimited) no other the file format is accepted

14. Upload the CSV to SureDone by clicking shipping on the left hand side of the dashboard

15. Click on Choose File to select the CSV file from your computer – after selecting the CSV file click Upload Tracking

16. In the SHIPPING preview page select all UPLOAD TRACKING and MARK SHIPPED. Deselect EMAIL CUSTOMERS

17. Click Confirm & Email Ship Tracking

18. After the CSV file has been successfully uploaded you should see the following message
